The daily schedule is as follows, Sunday to Thursday inclusive. Each marathon is completely self contained with no gel wrappers, water cups, banana skins or any other litter left along the route.

| 7.00am | Assess day's requirements: temperature, clothing, foot wear etc. |
| 7.15am | Mix nutrition and prep Camelbak |

| 8.00am | Start the day's marathon |

Finish marathon dependant on weather, injury, sickness etc. |

| 4.30pm | Check equipment |

| 7.30pm | Play Scrabble |

The marathons will take between 5 and 6 hours weather, injury, sickness dependant.
