The eternal question has been, "Who was the best Bond?".There are many opinions, but I feel it's time to apply the real test: "Who's run a marathon?"

After extensive research, I have found the following; Sean Connery ran the Rome Marathon in 2004 (anyone know his time?), nothing on Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton, Daniel Craig, David Niven (?) or George Lazenby. Pierce Brosnan may have (?). So, at this point, Sean Connery is the best Bond. I will revise this with any new information. If any of the other Bonds have run a marathon and I have their times, then I will, of course, make adjustments  based on age.

Good run today, the temp changed from -30C to +1C over the weekend. A number of the members of the Cochrane Red Rock Runners and Tri Club came out to join me and it sure made the time pass quickly. It was amazing how much snow had disappeared over the weekend and the footing was a vast improvement. Today, I switched from the CarboPro powder to the CarboPro 1200 liquid. Ferg Hawke, ultra runner, has been helping me with this product, much appreciated. I was a bit concerned about how the water and liquid would mix, but I didn't have to worry because in my hydration pack it was "shaken, not stirred".
