Today was the Cochrane Foothills Marathon course in reverse. My heels were a little sore this morning, so I took it easy going up Horse Creek Road and made the 21.1 km mark in 3 hours. The wind was from the North so it was plain sailing on the return journey. Runners Frank and Sandy joined me at 31km and, as we cruised down Grand Valley Road, we chatted about my meeting with Randy and the ruined homestead in the Wild Cat Hills. Frank said he had never heard of it but suggested I follow up with Kevin, who has an encyclopaedic knowledge of the area.
I don't listen to an ipod but if I did these are the five running songs I'd listen to:

- 4. Running on Empty - Jackson Browne
- 5. Rabbit Run - Eminem
and my five walking songs would be:
