I had a busy day lined up with meetings and presentations. Sounds just like  another day at the office with a marathon thrown in. I headed off at 7.00am as I had to meet Firefighter Jared at 8.00am. Jared had a cheque for Right To Play. At 7.30am I got a call from Sue saying that Runner Cathy was at the door to run with me. I remembered I had put 7.30am as my start time today and hadn't changed it. I ran back to the house and headed off again with Cathy. Then over to Jared's to pick up the cheque. It was from the Firefighters of Cochrane and was $300.00 for Right To Play. Many thanks.

My morning run ended at 10.00am and I had completed 20km. Then it was over to Stoney Trail Mazda to talk to Owner Asheet about run sponsorship. Then back to Cochrane. After a quick lunch Sue and I headed out for a couple of hours. Sue ran 15km, then I finished off the marathon. Time to watch the first half of the England vs. Algeria game: Rubbish. Then over to the Chinook Triathlon registration meal. Organizer Mike had asked me to say a few words about Marathon Quest 250 and Right To Play, which I did. Back home to watch the second half of the England vs. Algeria game: Rubbish. Blog then Bed.
